Glossary of Terms

WORDS TO THINK ABOUT...

Time Lapse: a setting where time speeds up, or slows down. 
Time-lapse photography is a technique whereby the frequency at which film frames are captured is much more spread out than the frequency used to view the sequence.

Airy: spacious, glorious, big & grand. 
(of a room or building) spacious, well lit, and well ventilated.

​

Airplanes:       that song by b.o.b. -- 
no not really, but that thing i get on often that gets me from philadelphia to atlanta in a naps time. 
a powered flying vehicle with fixed wings and a weight greater than that of the air it displaces

​

Height: how tall something is. How high does it go? 
The measurement from base to top or (of a standing person) from head to foot
the most intense part or period of something.

​

 

Quarantined: chile………. When something has to stay inside a confined space due to the safety of others. . the year we thought we were going to have flying cars, we got quarantined instead. 
a state, period, or place of isolation in which people or animals that have arrived from elsewhere or been exposed to infectious or contagious disease are placed.

​

Routine: something habitual that happens often or daily.  “They ask me if i do this everyday, i said often… often” - the weeknd. 
a sequence of actions regularly followed; a fixed program.

​

Emergence: when two or more ideas come together. . or when two or more things/ideas make a union. 
the process of coming into view or becoming exposed after being concealed.

​

Risks: How far are you willing to go? What are you willing to do for what you want. A risk is a task that you make knowing that you could lose something in the process. 
a situation involving exposure to danger.

​

 

Climax: when something reaches the top. May it be a plane, person, relationship, or tangible thing. 
the most exciting and important part of a story, play, or movie that occurs usually at or near the end. : the most interesting and exciting part of something : the high point. : the most intense point of sexual pleasure.

​

Attachments: an attachment is when something/somebody cant get rid of the thought, physical appearance, or memory of another. 
an extra part or extension that is or can be attached to something to perform a particular function.
affection, fondness, or sympathy for someone or something.

​

Confinement: when something is locked in a small bland space for a long period of time. 
the action of confining or state of being confined.


Exhaustion: the point past tiredness 
a state of extreme physical or mental fatigue.

​

Desires: the admirable. What you dream about on a daily. 
a strong feeling of wanting to have something or wishing for something to happen.

​

Time: the one that keeps us all together. Connected and on one accord. 
the indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past, present, and future regarded as a whole.

​

Altitude: the height. The climax. The highness. 
the height of an object or point in relation to sea level or ground level.

​

Sustainability: how steady is it? How consistent is it? 
the ability to be maintained at a certain rate or level.

​

Runways: a pathway that one walks/ runs/ or rides on to more forward or backwards in a vertical motion.
a leveled strip of smooth ground along which aircraft take off and land.
a raised aisle extending into the audience from a stage, especially as used for fashion shows. 

​

Wing-Span: how wide something is or how long the horizontal stretch is. 
the maximum extent across the wings of an aircraft or of a bird or other flying animal, measured from tip to tip.


Pilot: the first episode. Or the person who is directing the setting. 
a person who operates the flying controls of an aircraft.
a television program made to test audience reaction with a view to the production of a series.

Rows: vertical lines
a number of people or things in a more or less straight line.

​

Columns: horizontal lines 
an upright pillar, typically cylindrical and made of stone or concrete, supporting an entablature, arch, or other structure or standing alone as a monument.

​

Fear: fear is false. Fear is taught. Fear is breakable. 
an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.

 

Home: home is wherever the heart is. Literally. What makes you the best you? 
the place where one lives permanently, especially as a member of a family or household.
